Maynooth GAA have had a new defibrillator installed at their Moyglare Road pitches.
Maynooth Community First Responders delivered the defibrillator for the Club over the weekend. Trish Traynor and Jane Williams from Maynooth CFR were on hand for the official handover.
Maynooth Gaa took to their Facebook page to show their appreciation to Maynooth CFR: “The defibrillator will be of huge benefit, not only to the club but also to our neighbours in Moyglare Hall, Moyglare Village, Moyglare Abbey and all along the Moyglare Road”
It is a great achievement for Maynooth CFR who are delighted to be able to provide the defibrillator in a facility that is in the heart of the community.
They have also been able to install one in Tesco and Circle K in recent months and will be providing another two in the community in the coming weeks.
Senior football coach and local electrician Sean Lennon installed the unit and also the lighting which illuminates the unit every night.
Maynooth Gaa would like you to share this information with everyone in the Maynooth Community!
